What to Expect

Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we’ll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.

Medical History

One of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor. Please bring any medical history you have for your pet when you come to the clinic. If you don't have any health records for your pet, don't worry! Our team will provide the best care for your furry friend!

Examination

The veterinarian will examine your pet, ask further questions, and then discuss diagnostic tests if needed. Most diagnostics may be completed in the clinic. The doctor will then discuss a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Questions

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing. One of our staff members will provide cost estimates and any scheduling questions you may have regarding a recommended procedure.

Processing

Our front desk staff will process your invoicing, answer any questions about billing and at-home care, and schedule any follow up appointments.
